Good game but, game breaking glitch happened

Good game but, i’m encountering something that ruins the entire game for me: I can’t play. It makes me create a profile and, “This profile name does not work.” or something like that. Can somebody tell me why this is happening? before, i could play it just fine no problems of the sort but, this happens. 4 Stars for the game itself but, with this happening, it gets 3 Stars. Can someone tell me if this happened to them or this is a new bug? and if this did happen to you and you fixed it, can you tell me how?
