This game definitely isnt as good as I remember it... its actually pretty painful to play. Money is better spent getting Call of Duty 4

This mac version has serious issues with player movement and aiming controls. Locating a list of the keyboard commands is a challenge. Music is tedious.

This is a good game. Dont listen to all the people saying the controlls are bad. The controlls are normal. ALSO this game has Online along with a Campaigne. $15 to me is alot cheaper than almost the same game for $50!

it reminded me of the days i played it when i was younger i loved every minute of it. The only problem i had was a graphical issue where the grass wouldnt be there and it was annoying but i could deal with it

Even though the game is quite dated, there are so many details to love about the game. The brutal realism comes through, even with less than steller graphics. And even then, lots of details come through so well, like dirt and grass being kicked up by bullet impact and soldiers yelling over the gunfire of enemies. The game’s controls work well and the story is like an episode of Band of Brothers, with the bulk of the levels taking place just after D-Day and through the next week of fight behind enemy lines. There are so many just “oh f—“ moments in the game, and you do come to love those character’s you fight with. Definetly give this game a shot and ignore the graphics, please, and you will not be disappointed.

Dont let the two above make you think you can not download it! It is a 3.29GB game. IT TAKES AWHILE TO DOWNLOAD:) But once it is downloaded, GREAT GAME and for the price!

I downloaded this game and It lays just fine even with all the graphics maxed and the resolution at its highest but this game has terrible graphics and even worse controls. If your used to playing Call of Duty this game will disappoint you. I dont recommend it.

If you are a fan at all of military games this is a must have. A perfect blend of first person shooter and strategy. The FPS keeps the entertainment value high while the strategy needed to keep your platoon alive provides an added sense of urgency to the game. Good AI for the enemy, good sound effects and pretty good graphics despite the age of the game. Ive played through COD 4 twice through and have to say that I think I am enjoying this game more so far. I think it is a steal for the price.

I have a brand New Apple Air. I cannot download the game. The download bar is stuck at about Half Way. Dont bother to buy until they implement a fix.

Yeah the graphics are a little dated (came out in 2005) but this is one of the smartest shooters out there, and is my favorite story in a videogame ever. This is definitely a worthwhile purchase, with a lot of replayability.

I have downloaded the game on both MacBook Air and 27" iMac, and I cant start it on both of the machines. I press play, and it ends with an error. And there is nothing in the help about this issue.

This game is amazing. it is so fun and even though it is a bit expensive it is still good

the game is fun. the aiming is a little hard sometimes and your squad gets killed alot if you dont keep a close eye on them. controls are pretty good you just get to find what works for you. for 15$ its a good buy I think. I usely play xbox 360 so mac gaming is a little diffent for me but I like this one for sure. the download speed wast bad at all for me it took a hour or so but its a 3GB game. the game has loaded and played fine everytime.

Just bought the game. I was slightly hesitant about it due to the reviews. When the second video is playing before the level starts it freezes and shuts down. I have reported it and tried restarting over and over. It shuts down in the exact same spot every time.

Im only a beginner when it comes to gaming, so on a level of operability it took me some time to figure out how to work all the actions of the players on the computer. The game downloaded slow, but it did download and play correctly. Thr graphics are good, but not the best that I have seen. So far so good wit hthe first couple of missions I have played.

I found the early stages somewhat easy, but the difficulty is picking up on D+1 and forcing more strategy out of me. The only issue Ive been experiencing is my squad members not keeping up.
